Installing gutter guards reduces the frequency of gutter cleaning you have to do to prevent gutter clogs from leaves and debris. Reliance Roof Troop offers aluminum perforated and mesh gutter guard depending on the complexity of your home.

It might be an issue with attic intake.Soffits have small openings that help ventilate the attic of your home or building. The soffit and fascia are easily overlooked, but they play an important role in protecting your home’s exterior from weathering and pests.

Soffit & Fascia

Soffit and Fascia what? They are not commonly spoken or heard of every day. What are they? The fascia is a board (typically 1x8”) that your gutter is secured to on the eaves. It also extends up the gable ends. I remember fascia as the “face” between the two. Soffit is the “soft underbelly” that is hidden under your eaves. We wrap the fascia in aluminum metal and also can replace your fascia with pine, cedar, Hardie, or LP Smartside.
